1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 566det ("566det", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at 566det.bet and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the platform.

By accessing the 566det website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by 566det, you confirm unequivocally that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information provided during account registration is accurate, current, and complete.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 566det platform and must not attempt to register an account or place any wager. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms (see Section 11) constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 566det platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 566det operates a strict 18+ only policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under legal guardianship may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active 566det account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether applied through 566det's own responsible gaming tools or through any other mechanism. Attempting to register while subject to self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming and betting services on 566det, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. During registration you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. All information submitted must be truthful and must relate to you personally — registering with false, fabricated, or third-party details is a serious breach of these Terms.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

566det operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. 566det reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing a withdrawal request, during a bonus claim review, or where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawals withheld until the process is completed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 566det account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 566det strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 566det immediately at [email protected]. 566det shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Name Accuracy

The name registered on your 566det account must match the name on your payment method (e.g., your bKash or Nagad account). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 566det account. Mismatches between account names may result in withdrawal delays pending additional verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

566det supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the 566det platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied by 566det, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 566det is ৳500 per transaction via bKash or Nagad. Deposits are credited to your 566det account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider — typically within 30–90 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions under standard network conditions. 566det does not charge a fee for deposits, though mobile banking providers may apply their own transfer charges. You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 566det's payments team in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of request confirmation during business hours (08:00–22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically 1–5 business days depending on your issuing bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 566det reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal where KYC requirements have not been fully satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 566det does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your payment provider may apply charges at their end.

4.3 Prohibited Payment Conduct

The following payment-related activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Using a payment method registered in another person's name;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without first exhausting 566det's dispute resolution process (see Section 12);
• Exploiting payment processing errors or system glitches to obtain funds to which you are not entitled.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

566det offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players across Bangladesh, including welcome packages, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and this general Terms & Conditions document, the bonus-specific term shall prevail for that particular promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 566det are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion's detail page. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

566det monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, 566det reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 566det platform — including live casino tables (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Crazy Time), slot games, crash games (Aviator), and sports betting markets — are subject to the rules of the respective game provider and the 566det platform rules set out below.

6.1 Random Number Generation & Provably Fair

All slot games, virtual casino games, and crash games on 566det use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified to produce unpredictable, statistically fair outcomes. Aviator by Spribe uses a provably fair algorithm that allows players to independently verify the fairness of each round result. Players who suspect a game malfunction must report it to 566det support immediately and must not continue placing bets on the affected game.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on 566det — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to event-specific rules published on the sportsbook section of the platform. In particular:

• Bets placed after the official start of an event ("late bets") may be voided at 566det's discretion;
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, stakes will be refunded unless otherwise stated in the event rules;
• Results are determined by the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) within 72 hours of the event conclusion;
• 566det reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time where integrity concerns are identified.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 566det platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and in a manner consistent with fair, responsible gaming. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account on the 566det platform under any name or identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the 566det platform;
• Attempting to access or interfere with other players' accounts or the 566det platform infrastructure;
• Using the 566det platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as a third-party betting agent or reselling account access;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 566det staff or other players via support channels.

566det reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these user obligations. Where a breach is confirmed, 566det may take any of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and historical bets placed in breach of these Terms; withhold or forfeit account balances; and report conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 566det account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, please withdraw any remaining balance from your account. 566det will process account closure requests within 2 business days of receipt. Accounts closed by the player remain eligible for reinstatement, subject to a fresh identity verification check, unless the account was self-excluded at the time of closure.

8.2 Closure by 566det

566det reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where: the player has breached these Terms; the player has provided false information; fraud or money laundering is suspected; the player is found to be under 18 years of age; or continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or the welfare of the player.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling can activate self-exclusion through their 566det account settings at any time. Self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or indefinite duration are available. During a self-exclusion period, account login is disabled and all marketing communications from 566det are suspended immediately. Requests to lift self-exclusion before the agreed period has expired will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off review. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 566det platform — including but not limited to the 566det brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 566det or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 566det platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the 566det platform or its content without express prior written consent from 566det. Unauthorised use of 566det intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable law and will result in immediate account closure.

Game content provided by third-party providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by 566det under valid commercial licensing arrangements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 566det's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their 566det account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

566det shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity arising from: platform downtime or technical unavailability; delayed or failed payment processing by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, etc.); interruption of live game streams due to network or studio issues; or changes to game availability resulting from provider licence amendments.

11. Amendments to These Terms

566det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment processing rules, bonus terms, or account closure procedures — 566det will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the 566det platform.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time the Terms are amended. Your continued use of the 566det platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 566det in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting 566det support at [email protected].

566det aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 20 business days. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this Section shall limit your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
